Utilisation of production Units for manufacture of simple items like hospital beds, medical trolleys, IV stands, stretchers, hospital footsteps, wash basins, PPEs etc in consultation with PCMDs of Railways/ PUs
Payment to contract and outsourced employees during the period of suspension of passenger services in Indian Railways(IR).
Instructions regarding contractual and outsourced employees stranded at other places, to be treated as on duty and to be paid till expiry of suspension of services/ lockdown and limiting of 70% of contract value for maximum payments.

Ensuring proper cleaning of coaches, toilets, pantry cars, air filters of ac coaches, availability of liquid soap and water in toilets of coaches, proper cleaning by OBHS staff, ful watering at stations, delivery of linen in sealed packets and display of posters in doorway of coaches.
Frequent cleaning of areas coming in frequent contact of travelling public/ public interface areas in coaches/ stations, as entrance handrail, door handles, toilet door handle, latch, toilet, health faucets, water taps etc.
Establishment of Control Room at Central Hospital, New Delhi For COVID-19.
Set up of Control Room in Central hospital NR for COVID 19, Phone numbers, setting up of similar round the clock manned control rooms by all Zones. Contact of the Emergency Control room to be shared with state/ district, nodal officers.
Prevention/spreading of Coronavirus (COVID-19) infection.
IEC material reg COVID 19 to be prominently displayed in local language. Persons with fever to be separated, each Divisional/ Sub Divisional Hospital to have isolation ward, Railway Doctors and Para medical staff to be nominated for training programmes on COVID 19
Advice to Medical Incharges of Zonal rly/ PUs to be in constant touch with respective state health authorities to obtain guidelines/ updates on the subject & take detective, preventive & curative measures.
