Rates Circular No. 54 of 2005

           Sanction of the Central Government is hereby accorded to allow trainload class rate in respect of commodities having train-load classification when loaded in combined rakes of BOST & BRN wagons.  The combination of BOST & BRN wagons will be as under :

           BOST + BRN = Total 35 (with minimum 10 wagon units of either   type)  

           This issues in consultation with Traffic Transportation Directorate and with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate in the Ministry of Railways.

           These instructions will come into force with immediate effect.
