In para 2.0 of letter under reference, it was advised that
under the Premium Registration Scheme, the levy of Rs.100/- as
non-adjustable/ non-refundable service charge at the time of registration
in addition to the Wagon Registration Fee, is on per indent basis. It is
further clarified that the levy of Rs.100/- as
non-adjustable/non-refundable service charge under this scheme, is in
respect of per rake demand irrespective of the number of forwarding notes.
