                       Sub:  Premium Registration Scheme. 

                      Ref:  Board’s letter of even number dated 02.06.2005  (Rates Circular No.28 of 2005)

            In para 2.0 of letter under reference, it was advised that under the Premium Registration Scheme, the levy of Rs.100/- as non-adjustable/ non-refundable service charge at the time of registration in addition to the Wagon Registration Fee, is on per indent basis.  It is further clarified that the levy of Rs.100/- as non-adjustable/non-refundable service charge under this scheme, is in respect of per rake demand irrespective of the number of forwarding notes.
