    Sub:  Exemption from payment of Wagon Registration Fee

      Please connect para ‘4’ of Board’s letter of even number dated 31.1.2005 (Rates Circular No.6 of 2005) wherein it was advised that no exemption or any differential treatment regarding Wagon Registration Fee shall be given to any customer including Govt. Departments.

       In partial modification of Rate Circular No.6 of 2005, Board has now decided to exempt CONCOR from the payment of Wagon Registration Fee.

       The instruction will come into force  w.e.f. 15.05.2005.

    This issues in consultation with the Finance and Traffic Transportation   Directorates in the Ministry of Railways.
