SUB:-
Booking of empty bags alongwith the
principal commodity.
Sanction of the Railway Board is hereby accorded to allow booking of any
type of empty bags alongwith principal commodity in the same wagon at the
same class as applicable to the principal commodity. The applicability of
same class will be subject to the condition that the maximum weight of
such empty bags carried in one rake should not exceed 5 (five) quintals.
This instruction will be
effective from 01.05.2005.
This instruction will be incorporated in the Goods Tariff No.41 Part 1
(Volume I) as Rule 194.(4).
This issues with the concurrence
of the Finance Directorate in the Ministry of Railways.
