SUB:- Concession in
freight rates of ordinary non-refined salt meant for human consumption.
Ref:- Board’s letter
of even number dated 30.04.2003(Rate Instruction No.16 of 2003).
Reference is invited to Board’s
letter mentioned above, wherein graded concession in freight rates were
allowed for the booking of ordinary non-refined salt, meant for human
consumption as under:

It has been further decided that
