                    Sub:     Inclusion of “High Density Iron Ore Aggregates” in the group of “Iron Ore” 

            Sanction of the Central Government is hereby accorded to include the “High Density Iron Ore Aggregates” in the group of “Iron Ore” under main head “Ores, Common N.O.C” and revise its classification from Class-100 to Class-140 for trainload movement and from Class-105 to Class-145 for wagonload movement.  The revised classification will be effective from 01.02.2005. 

This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate in the Ministry of Railways. 

Please issue necessary instructions to all concerned and acknowledge receipt of this letter.
